If you'd like to book Okay Blue Heron for your upcoming event, here is what to expect:

Pricing details

• $30/hour for casual events (birthday or holiday parties, BBQs, <25 people), with a minimum of 2 hours plus set-up and tear-down or $75
• $50/hour for formal events (weddings, corporate events, 30+ people), with a minimum of 3 hours plus set-up and tear-down or $150, and a $75 deposit required to confirm the booking
• Unique 'signature' or themed cocktails developed for your event: $50 for one, $100 for three
• No cost for travel within King or Snohomish counties
• Gratuities are deeply appreciated but not included on the bill; I also reserve the right to display a "tip jar"

Standard service includes:

• Mixing/pouring drinks for the agreed-upon time, plus set-up and tear-down, billed to the nearest half hour
• Basic mixers, garnishes, and bitters, including those required for any signature/custom drinks
• Bar tools
• A printed 'menu' of available drinks based on the inventory on hand
• Ample phone and email communication

I do not provide the following, but I will happily help coordinate your purchase or rental of:

• Cups and glassware
• Ice and water
• The bar (yet--stay tuned for portable bar rental rates)
